I can tailor one to one private or corporate classes with a single individual at a purpose-built hired yoga studio; or a small group of people willing to practice together at work or at your own home.

Ideal for all levels and abilities, if you want to take your practice deeper or want to work at some specific injury or illness.


Thai massage treatments 

Thai Yoga Massage is as much meditation in action as it is a powerful therapy for the body and spirit. It combines acupressure with applied yoga stretching. 

It is often described as "receiving a yoga class on to you". 

No oil used and the client wears comfortable clothes throughout the session.

The treatment unfolds on a futon-like mattress on the floor 
through the application of pressure onto important points of the body or "energy lines" together with gentle stretching; depending on the client's needs. This blend of acupressure and stretching stimulate and soothes the body's energy, affecting the patient's mind and body, and promoting the natural healing process.

Suitable for all ages, it can complement any level of exercise or activity. Especially beneficial to heal particular long-term physical and psychological, ailments; for those who find themselves stiff, sore, and tired from overexertion in work or sport, or from arthritis or other disorders affecting either mobility and emotional well-being.

When faced with any kind of instability, physical or mental, most of us tend to recoil immediately and try to regain control by locking things tightly in place. Ironically, this reaction only serves to make us more rigid and less able to make minute and sensitive adjustments to bring ourselves back into balance.

The ultimate objective of yoga is freedom and beatitude.

As well as performing asanas with precision, yoga stresses the importance of attitude; the key point is how we relate to ourselves inwardly for instance by observing truthfulness, contentment, discipline, moderation and surrender. 
In this class we’ll focus on some pranayamas techniques to tune-in the body and mind with the breath, we’ll then move into the actions needed to integrate the body in various Inversions, drawing on our core strength - which comes from continuity between the navel, spine, pelvic floor and inner legs.

Be ready to have fun and work hard in a safe and explorative environment.

Unlocking the doors to the yoga experience can very often derive from the repetition of precise and accurate renditions of the asanas. In this workshop we will explore the know-hows of the energetic spirals that support the body from inside out during specific asanas.

B.K.S. Iyengar describes twist as a “squeeze and soak” action, referring to the benefits that manifest when the internal organs are alternately compressed and released. Toxins and excess heat are expelled, and fresh nutrition is brought to different aspects of the body/ mind connection.
Twists are great to release deep locked-in tension and procur physiological benefits to the circulatory system and internal organs as well as structural benefits to the muskuloskeletal system, and focusing benefits to one’s consciousness.
Wherever there is a point of resistance there lies the opportunity to learn and change, through steadfastness and compassion these poses can bring the ultimate fruits of  Yoga to you.
