Hello, and thanks for visiting! 

I'll be away in the wonderful Spain from the 9th to 22nd of August. I'm still teaching the Saturday morning at Yogapoint on the 9th... 

All classes will be covered by more or less like-minded dynamic teachers. So, please, keep up your practice!!! 


Yoga in ze Park ..

Every Sunday at sunset, from 18:45 to 20:00 ish .. On that grassy stretch next to the bowling court near to tennis, besides BMXs.. 

Open to financial contributions, from nothing at all to whatever you like... Takings will eventually be sent to a charity, likely to be the same Cambodian one as last year: watopot.org

The following are just few thoughts I'd like to share for beginners on starting to attend regular classes. 

Preparing for a yoga practice is essential as this will enable you to receive all the Health Benefits of the poses, breathing, and meditations. The greatest advantage of yoga is that it can be practiced almost anywhere by people of all ages.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable, loose, and stretchable clothing as this will allow the freest movement of the body. To give you the most stability and a greater connection in poses, practices should be done barefoot. Practicing yoga on a relatively empty stomach or about one to two hours after a full meal is essential. Doing poses and breath work right after eating or drinking can place stress on the digestive system.
