There are no particular updates at present apart that I'm not teaching at Yoga Arch any longer on Saturday morning since last August. That means that I am now more available during the weekend to work with one-2-one clients and for thai massage treatments.

The following are just I'd like to share for beginners on starting to attend regular classes.
Preparing for a yoga practice is essential as this will enable you to receive all the Health Benefits of the poses, breathing, and meditations. The greatest advantage of yoga is that it can be practiced almost anywhere by people of all ages.
Practice and Non-attachment
Asana and meditation are the same practice – both about being able to sit with whatever may be happening and trusting that inside of it all is that eternal joy which is the only true reality – and that is your own Self.
